Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott, who ended their romantic relationship a few months ago, are still collaborating as a real estate team, but are now determined to sell the contemporary home they have owned together since 2018. After being on the market for five months without any buyers, the pair have relisted their luxurious European-style villa in the mountains above Beverly Hills for just under $20 million, which is $2 million less than their original asking price.

Despite the reduced asking price, the couple will still make a significant profit if the house sells for anywhere near the new price. The house was purchased for $13.5 million shortly after the 1970s structure was completely renovated and rebuilt, and they made various custom touches to the house, which boasts seven bedrooms and ten baths, covering nearly 9,700 square feet. The house is decorated with oak floors, imported stone, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to manicured gardens. The house’s glitzy amenities include a movie theater, a wet bar-equipped game room, a lounge, and an office.

Among the many highlights of the house is a double-height foyer that leads to a fireside living room that connects to a formal dining room, both of which open onto an al fresco dining terrace. There is also a family room, as well as a sleek marble-clad kitchen with ebony-hued cabinetry, a central island, high-end appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an adjacent breakfast room.

A curving staircase leads upstairs to a plush master retreat, which includes a private balcony offering canyon and city lights views, a separate fireside sitting area, a dressing room, and dual walk-in closets and baths. The picturesque grounds span just over an acre and include a pool and spa flanked by a barbecue/bar setup. There is also a three-car garage and additional parking for up to four vehicles.

The listing for the property is being handled by Tomer Fridman of Compass. Jenner has several other properties, including a $36 million Holmby Hills mansion and a $15 million Hidden Hills lot where she recently broke ground on her upcoming dream home. She is also currently building a second new mansion, a desert retreat in La Quinta’s Madison Club. However, Jenner’s main residence since 2016 has been a luxurious Hidden Hills estate that was photographed for Architectural Digest back in 2019. Scott maintains a $23 million hilltop mansion in Brentwood, and he also has a vast compound in his hometown of Houston.
